Music for Life Drupal tuning
For the 2008 Music for Life campaign we did some extensive performance tuning of stubru.be. This allowed the site to handle a large traffic spike during several days. We integrated memcache and did general code optimizations. Other VRT websites like radio1.be and ketnet.be also benefited from these tweaks.
